AI-ready teams grow faster. We get yours ready, and prove it.
Fluentry builds AI literacy across your workforce and gives you the evidence to back it. Faster adoption, fewer costly errors and a team that can actually turn AI into growth. It also meets your EU AI Act Article 4 duty.
We are not an AI vendor. We sell no models and take no vendor money, so the assessment is honest about what your people can and cannot do. No one else training your team can say that.
What Article 4 actually requires
Article 4 of the EU AI Act, in force since February 2025, requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff and anyone operating AI on their behalf. It is not a one-off briefing. It is an ongoing duty to make sure your people understand what AI can and cannot do, where it fails and how to use it responsibly.
The obligation binds two groups. Providers build or substantially modify AI systems. Deployers use them under their own authority. Most organisations are deployers, often without realising it: every team using a general-purpose AI assistant falls in scope.
Regulators have signalled enforcement will weigh the quality of your evidence, not just the existence of a policy. A measured, recorded, per-person literacy standard is far stronger than an attendance sheet.
How Fluentry gives you defensible evidence
Most training proves only that a video played. Fluentry proves competence. Every learner is measured before and after, against a published methodology, and every completion is recorded with a timestamp you can export.
- Benchmark. Your team takes the same free Fluentry test. You get a baseline literacy read across the organisation, by team and by role.
- Assign and train. Invite your people, assign the relevant courses and let each person follow a path tuned to their gaps.
- Evidence. Watch completion climb on a live dashboard, then export timestamped, per-person evidence mapped to the Article 4 literacy expectation.
